About Emmbrook & Bearwood Cricket Club
Established in 1889, Emmbrook & Bearwood Cricket Club is a welcoming, community-focused club offering cricket for players of all ages and abilities.
We field four Saturday senior men’s teams competing in the Thames Valley Cricket League:
1st XI – Division 4A
2nd XI – Division 7B
3rd XI – Division 8C
4th XI – Division 9B
Alongside our senior sides, we place a strong emphasis on junior cricket and youth development. We run several junior teams across multiple age groups, providing a clear, supportive pathway from junior cricket through to senior and open-age teams. Developing young players — both in cricketing skills and confidence — is at the heart of our club.
We also have a thriving women’s section, offering both softball and hardball cricket, with a full junior girls’ pathway designed to support progression into senior women’s cricket.
